Le Meridien Grand Hotel - Nuremberg

PREMIER LOCATION!

Our first impressions of the Grand Hotel Nuremberg got off to a shaky start. We pulled up in our hire car, and there was no door man to greet us etc. Most unusual for a 5 star grand hotel. However, once inside, the desk staff were fantastic. The suite we were allocated was superb, boasting a fabulous view across to the Nurnberg Hauptbahnhof. Centrally located to Konigstrasse and the streets that run off loaded with fashion shops etc.The hotel itself is a classic 1920s/30s styled interior with the restaurant being sensational complete with pianist. The food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Our stay was absolutely marvellous and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again when we are next in Nuremberg. All up, a wonderful experience in a classic hotel from a bygone era!
