HOTEL ST MORITZ - QUEENSTOWN

A TOUCH OF SWITZERLAND!

My husband and I stayed at the St Moritz in Queenstown and were rather impressed with every aspect of this establishment. The room was excellent and the view outside our window was simply amazing! The hotel restaurant was classy and the location of the hotel itself is great. It is about a five-ten minute walk into the center of Queenstown, though we had a hire car which made movement in the cold winter setting easier to navigate. Southern New Zealand is one of the worlds best kept secrets...the comparisons with Switzerland are not entirely out of place and Milford Sound compares favourably with the Norwegian fjords. You must visit Lake Wanaka, Lake Takepo and Arrowtown as well while you are here. The drive through the mountains is awe inspiring! The St Moritz is ideally located to take in all that this lovely region has to offer and the ideal springboard for all your adventures!
